Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Officer to generate business for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loans. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing recent customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loans.

* Identify potential customers through direct sales, field visits, and market references.

* Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and DSA partners.

* Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

* Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

* Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.





* Conduct field visits for customer meetings and property-related requirements.

* Follow up with customers from lead generation to final loan disbursement.

* Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Candidate Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, or secured lending sales.

* Education: Graduate preferred.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Knowledge of loan sourcing, documentation, and disbursement processes.

* Willingness to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
