Probiz Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to gain practical exposure to recruitment and human resource operations. The internship provides an opportunity to learn the complete recruitment process and develop professional HR skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
* Search and identify suitable candidates through job portals and qualified platforms.
* Screen resumes according to job requirements.
* Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
* Maintain and update candidate databases.
* Assist in preparing job descriptions and recruitment posts.
* Coordinate with the recruitment team on ongoing requirements.
* Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
Eligibility
MBA completed is mandatory.
Specialization in HR / Marketing preferred.
Freshers and candidates looking to start their career in HR may apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms is preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and professional approach.
