Specialist Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

As a Manager, you will spearhead high-impact projects, guide and develop diverse teams, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leadership alike. In this role, you will drive strategic priorities, foster continuous improvement, and deliver measurable results that make a lasting impact across regions and member firms.

Service delivery
• Leads business reviews of month-end close activities, financial statement positions, and variance analysis with business leaders. Supports the planning process, target setting, and collaboration with business leads to gather details, upload systems data, and create reports and presentations for financial reviews. Coordinates recurring management reports (T&E;, headcount, travel & meetings) and manages the monthly headcount-reconciliation process.
• Leads annual planning, target-setting, and forecast cycles by collecting assumptions, uploading data to SAP/Anaplan, and preparing executive-ready reports.




• Designs, automates, and maintains financial dashboards, scorecards, and presentations using SAP, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, and other enterprise tools to meet evolving stakeholder information needs.
• Leads large-scale projects and initiatives (business and non-business) with a explicit vision and focus on achieving measurable results, driving value, and impact. Manages projects end-to-end by developing comprehensive plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, and monitoring progress to completion.
• Consistently enhances finance processes, controls, and systems by implementing standardization, driving automation, and promoting the adoption of best practices.
• Partners with business leaders to manage business operations and ensure continuity. Oversee seamless closure of financial books, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
