Job Title: Pre-Sales Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Analyst to support proposal development, solution documentation, capability building, and pursuit coordination across industry verticals.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work across multiple parallel pursuits in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
Proposal & RFP Support
Support end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams for inputs, solutioning, and documentation.
Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, estimations, and client-facing documents.

Solutioning & Collateral Development
Create and maintain capability decks, case studies, solution documents, and reusable assets.
Support creation of industry/domain-specific narratives and value propositions.
Assist in building presentations for client meetings, partner initiatives, and leadership reviews.

Research & Analysis




Conduct market, client, competitor, and technology research to support pursuits.
Analyze client requirements and help structure relevant solution approaches.
Support pursuit tracking, reporting, and governance activities.

Knowledge Management & Process
Maintain central repositories for proposals, credentials, templates, and reusable assets.
Ensure consistency, formatting quality, and version control across deliverables.
Contribute to improving presales processes, templates, and operational efficiency.
