Facility Executive-Soft Service
1. FE taking care of End-to-End soft services activities such as HK services and Security services with manpower vendor, and another related vendor management.
2. Taking care of Event & Visitor management services and requirements
3. Coordinate with the vendor for Indoor plants, water supply, stationary supplies, snacks & coffee tea vending machine service and etc...
4. Taking care of all inventory and indent management for all soft services
5. POR creation and PO Tracker
6.
Access card printing and tracker maintaining, and Parking stickers, Lanyards, yoyo, Signages printing
7. Facility walk through, MMR, attendance for the supporting staff, snag list preparation and closer.
8. Tacking care cafeteria and tuck shop operations
9. Vendor contracts/agreements with JLL and support for MW workings
10. Client asset management and all registers, documents, files related to client, and related to JLL vendor to be maintained properly.
11. New initiatives, innovation & proactive sense expected
