Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of Orion Innovation’s B2B marketing and demand generation programs. This is a hands-on role focused on marketing automation, campaign execution, CRM and lead management, website operations, audience management, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across marketing technology platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, creative teams,



agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will also have opportunities to use AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive marketing processes, improve reporting, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & Campaigns

• Build, configure, test, and launch campaigns using ClickDimensions.

• Create and manage emails, forms, landing pages, segments, and automated workflows.

• Manage campaign triggers, audience criteria, and lead flows.

• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot campaign issues before and after launch.

• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet brand standards.

CRM & Lead Management

• Manage marketing-related lead and contact activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
