About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate operations processor

In this role, you will:
• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
• File, photocopy, and answer phones
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, such as B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior work experience is not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and transaction processing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills,



with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review and process information accurately.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new processes, follow established procedures, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and reconciliation concepts.
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, or operations would be an advantage.
• Positive written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to a structured work environment.
