Role Summary:
Visa Marketing Services is a revenue-generating consulting and execution capability within Visa's Value-Added Services business. We help financial institutions drive business growth through marketing strategy, sponsorships, research, creative services, customer engagement, acquisition and portfolio activation programs.




We are seeking a agile Senior Manager to lead and grow Marketing Services engagements across India's Public Sector Bank (PSU) portfolio. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver high-impact marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes including acquisitions, activation, portfolio usage, spend growth and customer engagement.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a blend of consultative selling, relationship management, strategic thinking, commercial acumen and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary Marketing Services lead for assigned PSU banking clients.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships across marketing, cards, digital banking, liabilities, assets, merchant acquiring and business teams.
