Job Summary
The ServiceNow Developer specializing in Software Asset Management (SAM) is responsible for developing and implementing software asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance software asset management processes, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and optimizing software usage across the organization.

Responsibilities
• Development and Configuration: Configure and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro publisher packs

• Integration:



Integrate ServiceNow SAM Pro with SaaS publisher portals through out-of-the-box and custom integrations to improve usage data availability for license reconciliation

• Entitlement Upload: Manage and support software entitlement uploads in ServiceNow SAM Pro, including preparing and validating entitlement data from purchase orders, contracts, publisher portals, and procurement records. Ensure accurate mapping to software models using publisher part numbers, normalized publisher/product/version/edition details, license metrics, quantities, contract references, and effective dates

• Compliance Position Generation: Configure, execute, and troubleshoot ServiceNow SAM Pro reconciliation processes to generate accurate software compliance positions. Validate discovered installation and usage data, normalization results, software models, license metrics, allocations, downgrade/upgrade rights, and publisher-specific rules before reconci
