The People Analytics & Insights team enables data-driven HR and people decisions by delivering trusted analytics, reporting, insights and scalable data solutions.
The team partners across HR and the business to understand needs, answer critical questions and influence strategy through data.
About the Role
As a Senior HR Data Operations Analyst, you will build, maintain and optimize reliable data pipelines across internal and external sources to support People Analytics & Insights. You will partner with analytics and engineering teams to deliver scalable data solutions that enable informed HR and business decision-making while working in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, deploy and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and workflows.
· Partner with People Analytics teams to translate business data requirements into effective data solutions.
· Build and optimize ETL processes across internal and external data sources.
· Troubleshoot data infrastructure, performance and data-quality issues, and implement sustainable fixes.
