The Assistant Manager – BOI Finance and Accounting Team is integral to applying analytical skills to drive financial strategy, enhance decision-making processes, and optimize operations. This role involves interpreting complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Business Understanding:
•Acquire a thorough understanding of the supported business area.
•Support for Leadership Teams:
•Prepare management information (MI), and analysis to the Audit Centre of Excellence and Delivery Support Group.
•Undertake both regular and ad-hoc forecasting and budgeting activities.
•Financial Management:
•Take responsibility for revenue and contribute to forecast submissions, ensuring coordination of inputs and delivery of insightful analysis.
•Compile comprehensive supporting data and analysis to enhance decision-making processes.
•Lending and Borrowing Analysis:
•Coordinate lending and borrowing analysis, reporting, and insights for the capability.




•Report on business drivers.
•Coordinate insights from the Finance Business Partner (FBP) team.
•Capability-Wide Solutions and Reporting:
•Develop solutions and reporting to address capability-wide finance issues, such as hard close, liquidity targets suspense, and Work in Progress (WIP) sign-off.

•Automation and Efficiency: Lead efforts to automate reporting processes and incorporate generative AI tools to enhance efficiency, standardization, and innovation in financial analysis.
