Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Experience: 0–1 year; freshers can apply.

• Skills: Valuable communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

• Computer Knowledge: Basic MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and internet skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.

• Explain courses, counsel prospects, and convert leads into enrollments.

• Follow up with leads and handle basic objections.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams.





Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable with calling and target-based sales.

• Good listening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and CRM.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.

Important: This is a target-driven outbound sales role. Candidates should be comfortable with regular calling, follow-ups, and enrollment conversions.

Salary Offered: 25k to 30k

Work Schedule: 5 days a week + 2nd & 4th Saturday off

Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
