In this remote, independent-contractor role, you will lead searches from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, presentation, and placement. You will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to deliver a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience. Combining strategic search planning with hands-on execution, you will build qualified talent pipelines and maintain explicit communication throughout the hiring process. You will also use recruiting technology and sourcing platforms to keep searches organized, efficient, and measurable.
