• The role is part of a desk extension team and reports into the PB US and Europe International Performance Management/COO team in Switzerland & US; as well as having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

Your key responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
• Preparation of Business Performance (including Revenue Cost & FTE) forecast documents for Forecast calls: Coordination, review financials, comments & uploads. Also perform Business performance Deep dives Analysis.
• Support Cost & FTE Management
