Payroll operations play an significant role in supporting
employees across Xapads' global locations.



The function brings together payroll
processing, taxation, statutory compliance, and coordination with HR, Finance,
and external partners. With employees working across multiple geographies, the
role requires a strong understanding of Indian payroll regulations alongside
the ability to manage international payroll processes and coordinate with
global payroll service providers.
THE
ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Executive to
independently manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary
processing, timely disbursements, and compliance with applicable statutory
requirements. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Indian payroll,
taxation, labor laws, and payroll systems, along with experience managing
payroll for international employees.
Working
closely with HR, Finance, consultants, and external payroll partners, you will
be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records,
