Job Description
- Own regional revenue, profitability, bookings and growth targets.
- Develop and execute the regional go-to-market and revenue strategy.
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth across India, Middle East & Africa.
- Expand wallet share within existing enterprise customers while acquiring current strategic accounts.
- Lead regional growth initiatives across Cybersecurity, Data & AI, IT Services and ServiceNow practices.
- Identify new markets, industries and enterprise opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth.




- Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales organization.
- Establish strong sales governance, forecasting, pipeline management and account planning disciplines.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CEOs, COOs and other senior business stakeholders.
- Personally lead complex, large-scale technology transformation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, alliances, technology and leadership teams to maximize commercial outcomes.
- Support the organization's next phase of business transformation and regional expansion.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, commercial leadership or business management.
- Proven success owning significant revenue and P&L; responsibilities.
- Strong experience within Cybersecurity, IT Services, Enterprise Technology, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data & AI or Technology Consulting environments.
