Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Take ownership of assigned work activities and progress to conclusion promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, including ABAP & Java systems, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Business Suites, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Perform system refreshes, system copies.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and installations in accordance with best practices and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of SAP systems with other applications and technologies.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal system availability and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of system backup and recovery strategies.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with company standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and trends and make recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.




- Knowledge in all aspects of SAP Basis administration, as well as understanding of database, operating systems, hardware, integration, and networking in various SAP technologies and cloud platforms.
- Good understanding of various SAP technologies: S/4HANA, BW, GTS, ATTP, PPM, SLT, Solution Manager, Fiori, GRC, ABAP, Java, SAP BTP, SaaS, AWS, Cloud integration components.
- Good understanding of various databases: SAP HANA, SAP ASE, PostgreSQL and Oracle.
- Good understanding of operating systems, such as Linux and Windows server.
- Experience in full life cycle implementation of multiple SAP systems, installations, upgrades, and patches.
- Familiarity with SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation skills and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team workplace and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization, build strong partnerships to meet shared objectives.
