Responsibilities

- Stakeholder engagement: Build solid relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, clients, suppliers, and community representatives.
- Government and regulatory affairs: Track laws, regulations, and policies affecting the company’s operations and projects. Engage with government agencies and regulatory bodies to support compliance and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
- Project coordination: Work with internal teams, including legal, finance, operations, and marketing, to coordinate project requirements and address challenges.
- Crisis management: Mediate disputes or conflicts between the company and external parties, using effective conflict-resolution techniques to protect the company’s interests and maintain positive relationships.
- Public relations: Represent the company at public events, conferences, and seminars,



and network to support its reputation and brand image.
- Communication facilitation: Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and share relevant information, updates, and feedback with internal teams.
- Compliance monitoring: Monitor adherence to applicable industry standards, regulations, and guidelines, and implement processes to maintain compliance.
- Reporting and documentation: Maintain records of interactions with external parties, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders. Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
