Business Analyst Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5-10 Years

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and provide effective administration support to internal stakeholders regarding all aspects of applications.

2. Be hands-on with the user of the application and gather sufficient knowledge to support the users in resolving day-to-day issues.

3. Work closely with the business teams in gathering requirements and getting them implemented in the system.

4. Work closely with the vendor in getting the development completed on time and ensure adherence to quality standards.

5. Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment

6. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

7. Excellent interpersonal skills

8. Ownership of the application

9. Ability to resolve customer/business issues

10. Ability to manage vendor performance

11. Work with various support teams to manage technical/operational issues

12. Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer/technical issues

13. Testing and monitoring websites and web applications on multiple desktops, laptops, and mobile devices within the time limit.

14. Fix UI Bugs

15. Coordinate with the development team to identify, document, and resolve software issues.

16. To execute all test phrases during system, integration, and functional testing,



including component, regression, user acceptance, performance, ad hoc, and stress testing, etc.

17. Gather the client requirements, prepare analysis and design documents, conduct a feasibility study, and provide a technical solution to service/change requests.

18. Manage client issues, queries, and appreciations instantly and efficiently.

19. Contribute ideas towards future website developments

20. Perform quality assurance testing on web-based applications and mainframe requirements gathering, development, requirement analysis and documentation, requirement communication, requirement management, and testing.

21. Designing and developing functional test cases, impact analysis, system integration testing, and regression testing.

22. Conducting UAT and documentation of test cases

23. To develop and test various applications

24. To coordinate with the development team to identify different issues

25. To execute all test phrases during system, integration, and functional testing

26. To manage client issues, queries, and appreciation.
