Key Responsibilities*

- Hands-on experience in building and supporting Workday integrations using PECI| EIB| Core Connectors| Studio and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM data structures
- Experience working in modules such as HCM| Compensation| Benefits| Payroll| Recruiting & Time Tracking Experience in outbound payroll data integrations from Workday to third-party payroll providers
- Experience importing third-party payroll documents into Workday| including Payslips| annual tax documents & Payroll Statements
- Experience in Workday tenant-to-tenant migration projects Ability to extract| transform| validate| and load data between Workday tenants Strong XML| XSLT| JSON| and API integration knowledge.




- Workday Studio certification Workday Integration certification Workday Payroll certification
- Design| develop| and support integrations between Workday and ADP Third-Party Payroll systems.
- Configure and maintain payroll outbound integrations using PECI| Workday Studio| EIB| and APIs.
- Analyze| map| transform| and validate data across Workday modules including HCM| Benefits| Compensation| Recruiting| Time Tracking| and Payroll
- Develop migration strategies| conversion templates| data validation scripts| and reconciliation reports
- Support mock conversions| cutover planning| and production deployment activities
- Design| build| test| deploy| and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio| Core Connectors| EIB| and Web Services APIs
- Troubleshoot integration failures and provide timely resolution of production issues
