Ensure that risk assessment and Hazard studies are conducted for all current and modified processes and other site operations, and help sites develop and implement risk mitigation plans across all business locations.
5. Develop and drive site OHS targets associated improvement plans including those related to critical and high-risk events/activities in line with OHSAS requirements and tracking progress till completion towards set objectives and targets.
6. Identify and implement key performance indicators for tracking OHSAS and EMS performance and report the performance of OHSAS and EMS to the top management
7. Setup a system for OHS & EMS governance and conduct periodic reviews with all sites
8. Develop, implement, and run comprehensive OHS audit programs in partnership with site teams, conduct OHS audits, meetings, and inspections and ensure compliance to the agreed actions.
