Join a customer-focused financial services team dedicated to helping clients navigate complex lending and debt recovery situations. In this role, you will manage accounts that are delinquent, written off, or considered high risk, identifying opportunities to minimize losses and achieve positive resolutions. You will engage directly with customers to understand their financial circumstances and recommend appropriate payment strategies and recovery solutions. Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver efficient service while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with established policies. This position combines customer relationship management, analytical problem-solving, and financial recovery expertise. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while developing your knowledge of credit management, lending products, and regulatory requirements.

Accountabilities





• Manage high-risk accounts: Review and assess delinquent, written-off, and high-risk accounts to identify recovery opportunities and support effective loss mitigation strategies.

• Deliver customer-focused solutions: Handle incoming customer calls professionally, understand individual financial needs, and provide guidance on payment arrangements and appropriate recovery options.

• Support recovery and resolution activities: Help implement established loss mitigation strategies, including loan modification options and, where necessary, liquidation solutions, to reduce potential losses and help borrowers avoid default or mortgage foreclosure where possible.

• Build strong customer relationships: Establish trust through explicit communication, relevant advice, and responsive service while maintaining professional, long-term customer relationships.
