Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic, well-connected, and target-driven Sales And Business Development Manager - B2B Sales & Business Development to drive project sales and expand the brand's presence across India.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in B2B or project sales, preferably in fabrics, furnishing, interior products, or allied industries, along with an established network of architects, interior designers, design consultants, and architectural firms.
The primary responsibility will be to get Response Fabrics' products specified and approved in upcoming projects, generate qualified project leads,



and convert specifications into confirmed sales orders across corporate offices, commercial spaces, hospitality projects, and other relevant segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, design consultants, and architectural firms.
- Drive product specifications and approvals for Response Fabrics across corporate, commercial, hospitality, and other relevant projects.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate business opportunities through architect and interior designer networks.
- Develop and manage a robust project sales pipeline, from lead generation and product specification to order conversion and closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, office visits, and experience centre walkthroughs for design professionals.
