Job Summary
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a robust understanding of basic IT troubleshooting to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, system troubleshooting, and basic networking.
Undergraduate candidates are eligible to apply, provided they possess the required technical knowledge and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and related issues.
- Perform basic Active Directory troubleshooting and user
