What You’ll Be Part Of
As a Advanced Engineer at HARMAN’s Automotive Connectivity Bluetooth and Wi Fi team, you will design and develop reusable, scalable embedded software components for all customer programs.
You’ll work with a product mindset - transforming complex customer and platform requirements into modular, configurable, plug-and-play software components that are easy to integrate, maintain, and scale across different vehicle programs.

How You’ll Make An Impact
• Drive end-to-end planning, execution,



and delivery of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features across multiple automotive infotainment programs.
• Own program tracking, milestone management, feature readiness, and delivery commitments aligned to customer and project timelines.
• Coordinate with development, validation, platform, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely feature execution and issue resolution.
• Represent connectivity program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans in internal, customer, and leadership reviews.
• Monitor feature progress, defect trends, and release readiness through project dashboards and actionable metrics.
• Ensure feature planning, backlog management, and Functional Product Documentation (FPD) availability in alignment with program milestones.
• Lead Agile execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily execution tracking.
