Job Description:
Job Title: Manager of India CoE

Purpose:
The Manager Of, Global Business Services Center of Expertise (COE) – India directly leads and develops India-based COE associates in a matrixed operating model. This role provides day-to-day people leadership, coaching, and onboarding, performance support, and local team management. Work priorities, functional direction, deliverables, and performance input are established in solid partnership
with global Functional Leaders and their managers across GBS.



The role ensures India COE resources are aligned to global business priorities and deliver high-quality support across Insight & Analytics, Global Programs, Project Management, Finance, Technology Enablement, Source to Contract, Procurement, Category Management and Continuous Improvement.

Major Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Directly manages India-based GBS COE associates, with accountability for coaching, onboarding, engagement, development planning, team building, and day-to-day people leadership.
• Partners with global Functional Leaders and managers align associate work priorities, deliverables, performance expectations, and service delivery needs across COE capabilities.
• Ensures high-quality delivery of COE services, including sourcing project support, spend, supplier analysis, pipeline visibility, market intelligence inputs, performance reporting, Executive ready reporting / recommendations, budget managem
