Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
Experience:
- 10-20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including significant experience in senior HR leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and organizational development initiatives.
- Experience in leading teams and partnering with senior leadership on strategic business decisions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead the organization's Human Resources and Administration functions. The incumbent will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, driving people strategy, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
The role requires a robust leader with extensive HR experience, sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance, and the ability to build a high-performance, inclusive,
and employee-centric workplace culture. Candidates with a Defence/Military background and relevant experience in personnel management, administration, discipline, and organizational leadership will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Partner with senior management on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
- Establish HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives that improve employee productivity, retention, and overall business performance.
