We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance and control operations within a computer hardware and laptop manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in manufacturing quality systems, product inspections, defect prevention, process improvement, and compliance with established quality standards.
This role requires a hands-on quality leader who can establish robust inspection processes, improve manufacturing reliability, reduce product defects, and ensure that finished laptops and computer hardware meet defined performance, durability, and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead quality control activities across laptop and computer hardware manufacturing operations.
• Establish and maintain quality inspection procedures for incoming components, in-process production, and finished products.
• Oversee testing of laptops, motherboards, memory,



storage devices, displays, batteries, power adapters, and other hardware components.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to identify defects, deviations, and potential product failures.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects and improve product reliability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis using appropriate quality tools and methodologies.
• Define and track quality KPIs, including defect rates, first-pass yield, rework, rejection rates, and customer returns.
• Coordinate with suppliers to address component-quality issues and improve incoming material standards.
• Lead internal quality audits, supplier assessments, process audits, and product inspections.
• Ensure adherence to documented quality procedures, manufacturing specifications, and relevant compliance requirements.
• Manage, train, and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
