As a CCE, you will be the front-line representative for our company, interacting with customers and providing them with the best possible service. Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering friendly and skilled support.
• Document and update customer records and ensure data accuracy in our systems.
• Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance.

Qualifications
