- Support salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and reward cycle activities, including performance-related pay and bonuses.
- Help analyze market data and total employment costs to maintain fair and competitive reward practices.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on pay and perks-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with reward governance and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiative
