About the Role

Imagine this. You are helping build Destinus' presence in one of the world's most dynamic defense markets. Based in Delhi, you will develop business opportunities across India, build relationships with key defense and government stakeholders, and turn emerging requirements into real programs and partnerships.

As Business Development Manager India, you will own opportunities from early market engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract award. You will work closely with customers, local partners, and our international teams to position Destinus technologies in the Indian market and build a robust, sustainable pipeline.

What You'll Do
- Develop and manage business opportunities across the Indian defense market, building a strong pipeline for Destinus technologies and solutions
- Build trusted relationships with the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, government agencies, procurement stakeholders, defense organizations, and relevant industry partners
- Identify upcoming programs, tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and procurement opportunities and drive Destinus' engagement from the earliest stages
- Manage the full business development cycle from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award
- Support the development of market entry and go-to-market strategies tailored to the Indian defense ecosystem
