Key Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key customer accounts
•Process customer orders, provide order confirmation and ensure on-time delivery.
•Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and customer portals.
•Coordinate with Sales, Material planning, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and Quality teams to resolve customer issues.
•Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, risks, and delivery commitments to customers.
•Perform demand analysis and maintain customer forecasts in alignment with customer requirements and business plans.
•Review demand trends and collaborate with planning teams to support inventory and production planning activities.
•Perform periodic order reconciliation with customers
Core Competencies
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•3–7 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Commercial Operations.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.




•Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across functions and customer organizations.
•Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel
•Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
•Effective time management and organizational skills.
•High level of accountability and ownership.
