Role Purpose:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process,ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices,
and supplier payments. The role requiresstrong attention to detail, compliance with company policies and financial controls, and effectivecollaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing Review, verify, and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policies and approval workflows. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents (3-way matching). Ensure proper coding of invoices to appropriate cost centers, GL accounts, and business units. Resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions in a timely manner.
Vendor Management Ensure entity specific compliance requirement like SORT / Vendor Assessment is done Maintain vendor master data and ensure supplier records are accurate and up to date. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account reconciliations. Coordinate w
