Role Purpose:
The Assistant Manager Accounts is responsible for assisting Finance Manager for day-to-day accountingoperations, ensuring accurate financial reporting,
accounts reconciliations, and assist in month-end andyear-end closing activities. The role requires solid accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and theability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting: Assist in managing general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and account reconciliations. Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities. Analyze financial data and provide insights into variances and trends.
Reconciliations & Controls: Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations on monthly basis to ensure balances are correctly carriedout in financial statements Review bank reconciliations
