We're looking for a Senior Technical Writer with 6+ years of experience in the medical, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain user guides, manuals, online help, and knowledge base content.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, high-quality documentation.

- Manage structured content using XML authoring tools and CCMS platforms.

- Use AI-powered authoring tools to improve content quality and efficiency.

- Develop templates, standards, and reusable content.

- Support documentation for software,



cloud-based, AI-enabled, and medical products.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of technical writing experience in a regulated medical or life sciences environment.

- Strong technical writing and content management skills.

- Experience with Oxygen XML, Astoria CCMS, Adobe Frame Maker, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop.

- Hands-on use of Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.

- Experience creating structured, AI-ready content.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Share Point, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and Service Now.

- Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with medical devices, healthcare software, or other regulated products.

- Knowledge of Docs-as-Code, Git, Markdown, APIs, Cloud Services, and AI/ML technologies.

- Familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA, MDR/IVDR, GDPR, and HIPAA.
