Ethera Diamonds is looking for a Retail Trainer to train and develop store teams across the North region, improve sales performance, and maintain premium customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct product knowledge and sales training for retail staff. Train teams on diamond jewellery, customer handling, upselling, and closing techniques. Improve sales conversion, ATV, and customer experience. Conduct store visits, training assessments, and performance reviews. Support new store openings and product launches. Coordinate with Store Managers to identify training needs. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in retail training. Jewellery, diamond, or luxury retail experience preferred. Robust communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Willingness to travel across North India.
