We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to join an on-site engineering team
building mission-critical web applications that power academic operations and learner
experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and deliver front-end and back-end features using React Native and
Node.js with TypeScript, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
● Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on
performance, security, and fault tolerance.
● Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to translate requirements
into user-centric solutions and reliable releases.
● Implement automated testing (unit/integration) and maintain CI/CD pipelines to
accelerate delivery and ensure production stability.
● Diagnose and resolve production issues, optimize database queries, and implement
observability (logging, metrics, alerts).
● Conduct code reviews, document designs, and mentor junior engineers to raise team
engineering standards.
