Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage construction materials and maintain accurate inventory records at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for the proper receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect construction materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Maintain accurate stock registers and records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Issue materials to Site Engineers and authorized staff as per approved requirements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely material availability.
Maintain proper storage and organization of construction materials at the site.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
Maintain records of material consumption, returns, damaged items, and wastage.




Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
Ensure proper handling of materials and prevent damage or unnecessary wastage.
Maintain store documentation, material issue slips, and goods receipt records.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of store space.
Required Skills
Knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, plumbing, electrical, and finishing materials.
Understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
2–5 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in real estate or construction.
Experience handling construction materials and inventory at project sites.
Ability to maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with different departments.
Willingness to work at project locations between Mira Road and Andheri, Mumbai.
