Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical/Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least four full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations.

The candidate should possess a strong technical background, with approximately 70% technical expertise and 30% functional knowledge. Hands-on experience with RICE components and Oracle Application Express (APEX) is essential. The candidate should also have experience working across key Oracle EBS modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and Order Management (OM).

Immediate joiners are strongly preferred, and candidates must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing and SCM solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain RICE components, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.

- Utilize Oracle APEX for application development, enhancements, reporting, and integration requirements.

- Perform technical development using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant Oracle technologies.

- Work on custom reports, data conversions, interfaces, workflows, and application extensions within Oracle EBS.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.

- Support configuration-related discussions and provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle EBS modules.





- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

- Participate in implementation, customization, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

- Prepare technical specifications, design documents, test cases, and other project-related documentation.

- Ensure solution quality, performance, data accuracy, and compliance with established development standards.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing/SCM.

- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and participation in at least four Oracle EBS implementations.

- Robust RICE development experience with Oracle APEX.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS technical development.

- Working knowledge of AP, AR, GL, INV, PO, and OM modules.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM).

- Knowledge of Work in Process (WIP).

- Experience with cost rollup and manufacturing costing processes.

- Exposure to end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain business processes.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, functionally aware, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic project environment. Experience in multiple Oracle EBS implementations and the ability to handle complex technical requirements are essential.
