Job Overview

We are looking for smart, well-groomed, confident and professional F emale Front Desk Executives to join our hospital reception team. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality to ensure a positive experience for patients and visitors.

Salary

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, well-groomed and professionally presentable personality.
- Must be comfortable wearing a saree, as it is the mandatory dress code for the hospital front-desk team.
- Prior hospital or healthcare reception experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment management.
- Robust patient-handling and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, visitors and attendants.




- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Handle incoming calls and reception enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and other departments.
- Guide patients regarding consultations and hospital services.
- Maintain patient records and front-desk documentation.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and professional.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who can represent the hospital with confidence, professionalism and excellent patient service. Prior hospital experience will be an added advantage.
