About the Role:
This role focuses on strengthening the sales pipeline by identifying international business opportunities and promoting IT and digital solutions in a performance-driven, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, SMO, and Design solutions (Lead generation experience not required, sales closure experience required)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with international stakeholders
- Plan and execute strategic sales and outreach initiatives to drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, design,
development) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery
- Maintain regular follow-ups and effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid research, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle international clients and thrive in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles in the IT services industry
- Previous experience working with global clients
