## Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales.
* CIBIL score must be 700 or above.
* Candidates previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered.

### Salary and Benefits

* *CTC:* ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA or up to a 30% hike on the candidate's last drawn salary, subject to eligibility and company policies.
* *In-Hand Salary:* Approximately ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month.
* Travelling Allowance (TA).
* Health Insurance.
* Performance-Based Incentives.

### Working Hours and Schedule

* *Shift Timings:* 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
* *Working Days:* 6 days a week.
* *Weekly Off:* First and second Saturdays of the month will be off.





### Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and acquire new customers for home loan products.
* Conduct field visits to prospective customers and develop business opportunities.
* Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
* Assist customers throughout the home loan application process.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and prospective leads.
