Key Responsibilities: • Actively participate in training sessions and skill development programs. • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. • Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media and digital platforms. • Generate quality leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns. • Monitor and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns. • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings. • Track website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs using analytics tools. • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives. • Maintain accurate reports of campaign performance, leads generated, and ROI. • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads. • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. • Update daily work reports and submit performance updates to reporting managers. • Report to Team Leader and coordinate daily action plans. • Share regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights. • Support team members in achieving marketing and business objectives. Qualifications/ Skills / Specification: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. • Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing. • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools. • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools. • Creative mindset with excellent content planning abilities. • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions. • Quick learner with the ability to master new software and tools rapidly. • Self-motivated and ambitious with clear growth objectives. • Result-oriented with focus on targets and measurable outcomes. • Continuous learner with growth mindset and adaptability. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
