We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HANA Developer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust custom applications and enhancements within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. This position is critical for optimizing business processes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering high-performance solutions that leverage the latest SAP technologies. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, driving innovation through flexible workflows and modern SAP Fiori interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom ABAP objects, including reports, modules, and interfaces, tailored to specific business needs.
- Develop and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views to ensure efficient data modeling and retrieval for analytical and transactional applications.
- Create and manage OData services to facilitate seamless integration between SAP systems and external platforms or mobile applications.
- Build and maintain SAP Fiori applications to provide intuitive, user-friendly experiences for end-users.
- Engineer complex RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) to support business transformation initiatives.
- Configure and troubleshoot SAP Workflow and Workflow Builder components to automate critical business processes.
- Utilize ABAP Object-Oriented (OO) principles to write modular, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP development.
- Core Expertise: Proven proficiency in SAP ABAP and ABAP Object-Oriented programming.
- S/4HANA Knowledge: Robust background in SAP S/4HANA architecture and development practices.
- Data Modeling: Advanced skills in creating and consuming CDS Views.
- Integration: Extensive experience in developing OData Services for system integration.
- UI Development: Competence in building SAP Fiori applications.
- Workflow: Solid understanding of SAP Workflow and the Workflow Builder tool.
- Delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver RICEF objects that meet business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Experience implementing flexible workflows to streamline operations.
