As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and direction of our company. Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive their success.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales collateral and proposals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the BFSI industry.
