Is responsible for planning and executing performance validation activities, focused on fluid efficiency & benchmark testing, developing DV/PV and test case strategies with design engineering, coordinating instrumentation, resources, and test execution readiness, analyzing results and triaging defects, and supporting sign-off decisions through structured evidence and reporting.

Responsibilities
• Developing DVPs, validation plans, and detailed test cases jointly with design engineering and stakeholders
• Coordinating facilities, instrumentation, tools, budgets, and resources required for system and vehicle test execution
• Executing development and final validation tests across functional, performance, reliability and integrated vehicle domains
• Analyzing results, documenting defects,



and driving issue triage and follow-up recommendations with design and integration teams
• Reporting readiness, test outcomes, residual issues, and sign-off recommendations to program and engineering leadership

Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering with below vehicle testing skills
• Commercial Vehicle Fuel Economy Testing

• Data Acquisition system on CAN

• VECTO / CO2 Compliance Support

• AVL, CANape, INCA, Excel, Python, Power BI

• Vehicle Performance & Driveline Analysis

• Statistical Data Analysis and Benchmarking

• AI Enabled analysis
