Join Radix's data science team to solve high-impact business problems across marketing, product, pricing, forecasting, and abuse detection. You'll own analytics projects end to end—from framing business questions to building models and presenting findings that drive decisions. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in machine learning, large-scale data systems, and software engineering practices.
What You'll Do
Data Preparation & Analysis
• Clean, validate, and join data from BigQuery; write efficient SQL for large datasets and document transformation logic.
• Frame business questions, select appropriate statistical methods, and explain your reasoning.
• Build and evaluate machine-learning models (LightGBM, TensorFlow) against meaningful baselines.
Reporting & Impact
• Create Tableau dashboards that help teams monitor performance and make decisions.
• Present technical findings clearly to non-technical colleagues using maintainable, reproducible code.
• Document methods, assumptions, and limitations so others can review and build on your work.
What You Bring
Required (2–3 years experience)
• Write and debug Python and SQL independently; clean and validate raw data.
• Apply statistical methods appropriately; build clear visualizations.
• Work fluently with AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) and know when to verify their output.
You'll Grow In
• Machine learning and model evaluation (prior exposure through work, internships, or projects is a plus).
• Databases and large-scale data processing; version control and testing.
• Business acumen and communicating technical work without jargon.
Domain or infrastructure experience not required.
