Corporate TechOps (Database) group is responsible for building, managing, and supporting enterprise applications, engineering databases, and associated application environments.
What You Can Expect
• Plan and respond to service outages including backups and restores
• Monitor system performance and diagnose software and hardware failures to resolution
• Provide patch management and distribution capabilities to prevent recent threats with minimized physical infrastructure impacts
• Provide data cleansing services,



verify data integrity, and implement access controls
• Perform database configuration, monitoring, and tuning
• Provide routine maintenance including problem defect analysis and resolution, space, storage, object management, physical database layout, rollback segment management, and temporary space management
• Support logs and alerts, access rights and roles, database instance version control, new IDs, roles, authorizations, audits, locked/unlocked status, and revocation
• Perform memory usage monitoring, database parameter configuration, database resources, I/O distribution
• Ensure system health, maintenance, technical security, recovery, and basic application technical tuning
• Maintain Oracle Critical Upgrades and patch management schedules
• Supports software Development, Migration, and Integration efforts as needed
• Contribute to work plans for security analysis and recommendations
