Job Description
Reporting into the CHRO and working closely with the CEO, Business Unit Heads and the broader leadership team, the Business HR Head will serve as a strategic advisor to the business and play a critical role in enabling organisational transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive organisation effectiveness, workforce planning and talent strategies to support growth and transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, influencing key business and talent decisions.
- Lead large-scale change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Build leadership capability and succession pipelines across critical roles.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management and organisation development initiatives.
- Champion a high-performance culture while strengthening leadership effectiveness across the organisation.
- Leverage people analytics and business insights to support decision-making and improve organisational outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Partner closely with Centres of Excellence to ensure effective deployment of talent, rewards, learning and employee relations strategies.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to Business HR leadership roles within leading manufacturing organisations.
