Principal Accountabilities
• De Loco Equipment. This involves coordinating routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and major repairs to keep the DE loco Equipment in optimal condition.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and support staff, including training, and evaluating team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• As a manager, you will be in charge of budgeting for maintenance activities. You must ensure that the maintenance department operates within allocated budget limits while still meeting performance and safety targets.
• REL Equipment maintenance involves working with high to medium voltage of electricity. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing safety protocols is essential to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work workplace.
